Looking back at our performance of the Mass on March 25th, I'm very happy. Even though there were some basic issues, they were things that really couldn't have gone better during the performance. Our choir is phenomenal, but there will always be issues, mostly due to the voluntary nature of the group. I love working with this amazing group of people and look forward to next season!!

Chorale Update #1
Alright, so I had a rehearsal last night for Chorale. It was a wonderful rehearsal and tons of fun as right now we're doing the pictured above Bernstein Mass. It's going to be an awesome concert. We rehearse in the evening most Mondays from 7-9:30ish. It's not a huge time commitment and we are quite good. Last night we started putting "due dates" on parts of the mass. So that we can for sure finish being ready for the concert, which is March 25th. We finished prepping the Alleluia and the Agnus Dei last night. The song book is 113 pages long and I'm a bit overwhelmed, but What we've gone through so far has been simple enough, even though it was my first rehearsal.

Welcome!
I am an avid thespian, and have been in many productions, including Ragtime!, Molly and The Last Bookworm, and 42nd Street. These productions are all put on via the Center for the Arts, and we are so lucky to be able to be involved. I'm also involved in the backstage arts, most recently Assistant Stage Managing our production of Annie. I hang lights, operate light/sound boards, stage manage or just work stage crew. I sing in our Music Society Chorale, which performs an average of 5-7 times per season, which lasts approximately a year. My involvement has gained me many amazing opportunities, as well as making some amazing friends. Theater is an awesome way to do all of this, and I encourage you to get involved if you have a chance!
